Care integration between general practitioner and pulmonologist - COPD as an example
NIHDI agreement number 26010711
It is well known that pulmonologists in our country face a challenging situation in providing the necessary care to all patients with COPD. Besides medical expertise, this care also requires good cooperation and communication between different healthcare providers.
These challenges are the starting point of this e-learning, which focuses on the integration of care between general practitioners and pulmonologists in the treatment of COPD. Using interactive elements and practical examples, we aim to support healthcare providers in improving care for patients with COPD, taking into account the complexity of the situation and the individual needs of the patient.
